Grapevine rumor is a normal activity in the workplace. With out it, employees may find their routine job boring.
Grapevine rumor is also considered as the best source of information.
According to expert, grapevine rumor contains 80% true.
At the onset of rumor, one should do the ff;
1. Dont deny but accept what is true.
2. Refute what is considered as false.
3. Keep the employees well informed.
4. If possible, go high tech by putting up E-mail or hot-line rumor.
