Many of us want to be good leaders. To be one, we seek guidance from leadership coaches and experts. We read books written by leadership gurus and professionals and even if we haven’t met them face to face, learning from their writings and books makes us feel being coached by them.
I am sharing with you my top ten favorite leadership gurus whose books and writings have influenced me in my struggle towards good leadership.

He initially studied Neuro-Linguistic Programming but went on to develop his own methods. He is now considered as the Leader of Leaders and the world’s best success coach.

Great list. Lots of the key players in the leadership field are listed. To these I would add Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, authors of many books including a book I consider a core ‘must read’ on the subject The Leadership Challenge.

Before you do up another list, read something ny orrin woodward. He was the 3rd most influencial leadership guru on the planet, and the other leaders on the tea, organization are kickin butt too. Chris brady, another amazing author on the team organiztion was placed like 17th on the top leadership gurus as well. First time in history that two leaders in the same organization were on that list at the same time. There has got to be good info in their books.
